Deogiri College, situated in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, has a distinguished history spanning over six decades. In response to the ongoing evolution of management strategies and the escalating expectations of corporate entities regarding the competency levels of new entrants into the workforce, Deogiri College has newly introduced an Autonomous MBA program at DITMS building in the year of 2024. This program is meticulously designed to address contemporary trends in management, providing students with practical exposure to current software applications employed within organizations, and imparting essential training on the job responsibilities of leaders and managers.
The program further includes a structured two-year schedule of guest lectures by external speakers, including Chief Financial Officers (CFAOs), prominent company leaders, successful entrepreneurs, and CEOs. These distinguished professionals are invited to provide guidance and insights to our management students, thereby ensuring that graduates are thoroughly equipped to meet the expectations of the corporate world. This program is specifically structured to facilitate job placements for students by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and industry connections to secure confirmed employment opportunities. Also Deogiri College has appointed a dedicated Training and Placement Officer who is actively engaged with over 4,000 companies and their respective Human Resources departments for the purpose of facilitating student placements.
